Today’s sessions at the ITS World Congress in Singapore made me think: the UK founded a company called Zenzic to organize mobility of the future and they’ve developed a roadmap with all interdependencies between infrastructure, society, vehicles and necessary services. Singapore has a very clear vision regarding mobility of the future.
And Germany? Shouldn‘t we be leading the way? Bertha Benz was a great example, in 1888 she showed the world (with her 106 km trip by car) the potential of a new kind of vehicle and that it isn’t risky.
We need to provide such examples to the world again by being the first in realising “new mobility“ solutions in German cities and setting the necessary framework!
If not, we could be forced to buy our vehicles and the related ecosystems in Asia in the future.
